Porsche reveals twin repair for hybrid points at Daytona 24 Hours

Porsche has revealed that it resolved the hybrid points that blighted the 963 LMDh forward of its victory in final weekend’s Daytona 24 Hours with a twin repair.

Diuguid revealed that the repair had resulted from conferences between the producers and the suppliers of parts that make up the one-make hybrid system used on all LMDh prototypes.

“It was everybody getting in a room and throwing concepts on the desk,” he stated.

Diuguid and Kuratle pressured that the HV subject has but to be totally understood.

Diuguid stated that PPM couldn’t be certain if its trouble-free run to a second consecutive Daytona victory was the results of the modifications it made or “simply luck”.
