NASCAR countersues Entrance Row, 23XI Racing, co-owned by Michael Jordan in constitution dispute

NASCAR sued 23XI Racing and Entrance Row Motorsports, stating in courtroom paperwork that the 2 corporations “willfully” violated antitrust legal guidelines by primarily making an attempt to “blow up” the Constitution system to acquire their monetary targets.
